I am concerned about getting surgery I have been having problems with my hems bleeding and protruding.  I am at my wits end and dont want surgery at all.  I have tried creams and suppositories over the last 3 months.  Nothing works, it helps with the swelling if its used everyday.. I would love for them to go away. I have started the gym last October trying to get in shape but the more I exercise the more I have problems.. need help!!

Well you must consult with the Surgeon and do consult with him and he will better advice you that 
whether you have the need it and he will better advise you.
