Topic: Help!

I'm 33 year old not too much overweight, get enough exercise, and eat poorly my bowel movements are mostly every other day. I have had a hemroid for a while without any pain, the last week or so I have noticed severe pain from my anus and when I felt I have a really hard almost marble like bump outside my anus opening, but when I looked in the mirror I noticed it had a "black" dot in the middle. Just two days ago I have had some relief from the pain, but now I have severe bleeding almost to the point I thought I got my period, and now there is another hard bump forming on the other side, i'm so scared and don't know what to do, is this normal?

Re: Help!

Hi Spydersgal.
I am apologizing about the late reply, I was out of the office for a few days.
It seems you have some kind of eat disorder. Have you try to read something about increasing your metabolic rate? Hemorrhoids can become painful after a while, in case of severe bleeding, I definitely recommend a specialist visit. The main problem I see here is the eating habit. You must try to change this "poorly eating". Try 3 fixed meals per day:
8.00 - 9.00 - Breakfast
11.00 Fruit/sweets.
13.00-14.00 - Lunch
17.00 Fruit/sweets.
20.00-21.00 - Dinner.
After dinner don't eat anything else, try to make your body comfortable with this diet.
