Believe me I know I have alot of problems for my age. First of all, to clarify, I'm a guy. I guess I should have stated that. There is no actual test to have HPV found on men unless physically seen and diagnosed by a doctor: this was my case. I have taken Hydrocortisone Acetate suppositories and they are recommended for hemorrhoids. I weigh 175 lbs and I'm 5'9. I do eat junk; chinese food and Carls Jr., but i mostly eat Subway. I have just started taking Metamucil supplements for fiber. Because of the current economic situation I have not been able to get good and natural type of food. What and where would you recommend eating in order to eat healthy in my current limited economic situation? Also, I read that bleeding is caused by the weakening of the vein walls of the hemorrhoid. Is there anything I can eat that will strengthen my vein walls to not have them bleed?

Hi. I have been trying to research the topic of hemorrhoids and I was never able to find anything until I found your website, which was very helpful. I'm barely 20 years old who is athletic and I have never heard of hemorrhoids until a week ago. I went to go use the bathroom at school and was terrified at the fact that I saw alot of bright blood on the toilet. I suddenly became frightened and didn't know what to do. I thought it was that I cut myself some how because I felt a sharp pain internally. I followed by asking my mother and she described to me that this might be an internal hemorrhoid. It properly was not right but she gave me a couple of suppositories to use. It has been a week now and the bleeding stopped but I can still feel a bother internally especially when i use the bathroom. It does not itch either. Im going to go to the doctor next week but I wanted to know is it ok for a 20 year old to get hemorrhoids? Also, I wanted to know what I can take and what type of food should I start eating and if I should stop doing exercise because I run about twice a week not alot but I worry if i should stop? Another question I had was that I unfortunately have HPV and I wondered if this had any correlation with that STD? Any info would be obliged.
