Hi Welsh_Girl and welcome.
I never heard this cream, so I did a research on Google. Seems like a good cream, I would really appreciate if you share your experience with this medication here.
There is not much you can do in this phase. Just make sure you eat healthy, be extra-careful when stooling and wiping.
As your doctor said, we have to wait a little and see the progress.
You can also use some natural medication like Amoils, but after you finish the treatment with this other cream. Amoils also requires some time to work. You can also take some pills like Venapro, if Amoils doesn't work.
The problem with your condition is the anal fissures, which tend to aggravate hemorrhoids. Make sure you do some daily exercises (maybe some 1-2 km walks in the evening) and totally eliminate junk food.

The cream I use is good, it takes the pain away and stops the bleeding too. I had to order more of it today, it's a new cream and I was told it goes into the bloodstream. It can give you headaches but they only last about 30mins! I would tell anyone to use the cream, it works wonders. I can feel the hemroid when sitting down and feel it when wiping, so I go softly and make sure I clean myself in the bath too.

Hello, I am 29 years old and have IBS. Over the last few months I've been having trouble with going to the bathroom and after weeks of worrying, I was told by my doctor that I've got an external hemorrhoid. I've been also suffering from anal fissuers too. I've been using Uniroid-HC cream which works well. But still I can feel the hemorrhoid and it's sore at times. My doctor told me to keep using the cream for 2 weeks and if it's still there, go back and see them again. How should I deal with this? I take a bath each night, drink water and eat heathly food (but I do love junk ..... but been cutting down) but what esle can I do? Any advice would be great smile
