This book is a lifesaver. I consider myself lucky to have found your site. I don't enough words to thank you guys. Just one question: My pain went away in 3 days. I almost feel normal, but I find difficult to accept the fact that I no longer suffer. My dilemma is whether to keep the fiber diet, or loosen up a bit. I am scared not to loose the good things that are happening now. Please advise.
Thanks for your review Anton. I am really happy for you. There is no time frame for your diet, but I would advice you to start paying more attention at what you are eating. If I where you, I would focus on good natural meals, with a lot of vitamins and proteins. And take this as a free advice: always have a fruit before going to sleep. It will do you wonders. Good luck.
I found HTH to the the best reading material on hemorrhoids. There are covered some many treatments, that it took me quite a while to choose one. The pain is gone and I have spent less than a few bucks on this problem. My main concerns where also handled by this material. The book is perfectly described on this site and has all that they say it has. Thanks, this was unexpected, being used will all the mumbojumbo you can find on web these days...

LASHKAR GAR, Afghanistan – NATO forces were accused of shooting dead two Pakistani men in Afghanistan's Helmand province early Thursday, amid tensions following a deadly air strike that killed 24 Pakistani troops.
Relatives said the men were from Chagai in northwestern Pakistan, about 18 miles from the border, The Express Tribune reported. They were reportedly visiting relatives living in Afghanistan when NATO forces opened fire.
