Topic: Any advice on how to get pregnant fast?

I have been trying to get pregnant for 6 months, I have seen a doctor because I wasn't ovulating, he gave me medication, still nothing. I did everything. My periods are not regular. I have a 13 year old, but I want to have a baby with my boyfriend so bad, I am desparate to get pregnant.
Could having 2 abortions, be the cause me not being able to conceive anymore?
Please help I am desparate.

I would have to say to you the same advice I told my bestfriend who just had a baby this morning at 718 (7lbs 2oz 18.5inches).

These are all of the advices I have heard and my bestfriend tired:
1- After he comes, lift your leg and keep it up for about 2 minutes. (Wife's tale)
2-For many women, ovulation takes place midcycle, around cycle day 14. Your most fertile period starts about 4 or 5 days before ovulation, and ends about 24 hours following the release of the egg.

3- Check your temperature to make sure you are "in heat". As part of fertility charting, the BBT method requires you to monitor your temperature every morning, first thing! Body temperature changes are due to the increase of progesterone in your system. At the onset of ovulation, your body temperature will rise between 0.4°F and 0.8°F - or more.

4- destress yourself.
